True Love

Sometimes I find that some think that true love, in romantic sense, is unconditional love. I'm not really sure about that. There's no unconditional love unless it's divine love. For instance, let's consider married couple for tens of years. I think their love is true love, but not unconditional. If the other partner abuse the other physically or mentally, then the love is gone. Unconditional love means the love exists with no condition. Being nice, caring, and non abusive is a condition :)

So what is true love? I don't know. I do realized that I sometimes mistaken true love with passionate love. Passionate love can only last for so long since I don't think human body can keep up with all the internal feelings of a passionate love for a long time. When the passion subside and the love is steady and becomes a conscious decision, then I think it becomes true love.

Again, this is only what I think for now. Haven't found one yet, can't say much about it.
